I chose this vacation home for attending a town hall meeting in Exeter and it provided great accommodations. The house had everything we needed, including irons/ironing boards. The three bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was perfect for relaxing. The host's welcoming e-mail was very informative, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, within walking distance from the city center.
The beds were a bit small for hosting two people. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Our recent stay at a holiday home in Exeter was overall quite enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to the city centre in just a few minutes, which made it convenient for shopping and dining. the house itself had three bedrooms, which was great for our group of friends or family. The kitchen facilities were also good, allowing us to prepare meals together. the host was very welcoming and provided us with informative emails before our arrival.
Despite the positive aspects, we did encounter a few negatives during our stay. the beds were a bit small for two people, which made it a bit uncomfortable for some of us.
